The Team Management section is where you will be able to access and edit your team’s information, roles, permission, and a lot more. All team members can be seen here and you will be able to access their individual details.

When you click on the “edit” button corresponding to each team member, you will be able to view and manage each of your team member’s information. (Note: This only applies if you have admin access.)

Edit each team member’s permission here and give them access only to the sections that you want them to access.
This is where you can see each team member’s role.
Where you will see the settings that they set up for their call and voicemail.
Where you’ll see the days and times the team member is available which they’ve set in their profile.
This is where you’ll be able to check the calendars that each team member has integrated with their Better Automate account.
